Terms of Service

1. What the Service Is

My FPL Admin is a tool for administrators of Fantasy Premier League (FPL) mini-leagues. It helps you track standings, awards, tournaments, and manager registration fees for the leagues you run. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League.

2. Your Account

• You must provide a real, working email address and keep your password secure.
• You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Subscriptions & Payment

• Some features require a paid plan (Assistant Manager, Gaffer, or Director of Football), billed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) through Paystack.
• All subscription payments are final — no refunds. You can cancel any time by simply not renewing; you keep access until your current paid period ends.
• Prices may change with notice on the app's pricing page. Changes don't affect a period you've already paid for.

4. League Fees Are Between You and Your Members — We Never Hold That Money

If you use My FPL Admin to track registration fees, prize pots, or other payments owed by your league's managers, this is strictly a record-keeping tool. Solvex Ltd is never a party to that money, never holds it, and never guarantees it. Any Paystack link you generate for a member to pay a fee sends that money directly to your own Paystack account, not ours. Collecting, distributing, and accounting for your league's prize pot is entirely your responsibility as the league admin.

5. Acceptable Use

Don't use the Service to:

• Break the law, or defraud anyone (including your own league's members)
• Attempt to access another admin's data or account
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission
• Overload, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Your Data

You own the data you put into your leagues (manager names, scores, records, etc.). We store and process it to run the Service — see our Privacy Policy for details on how.

7. No Guarantees

The Service is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that FPL's own data (which we pull from their official API) will always be timely or correct. To the fullest extent the law allows, Solvex Ltd is not liable for indirect losses, disputes between league members, or issues arising from FPL's own systems being unavailable or wrong.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the Service grows. If we make a material change, we'll post the update here with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
